Describe the subject, the story behind it and where the piece will live. Include approximate wall dimensions, your location, timing and whether the project is personal, a gift or a commercial installation. If you have a source photo, mention it in your inquiry; image-transfer arrangements can follow the first conversation.
Brian reviews feasibility and availability before outlining a scope. A first inquiry is a conversation, not a commitment to a fixed-size product.

What the proposal needs to settle.
The proposed size and composition guide the cube count, amount of hand work and backing design. The review also covers palette, source-image permissions, design approvals, revisions and the intended display. Pricing depends on this actual scope; freight, specialist installation and site preparation should be identified separately where applicable.
A completion schedule is agreed for the project. Do not assume a design deadline and an installation deadline are the same, especially when a large piece must be packed and transported.
03
From approved design to delivery.
After the design and scope are agreed, Brian maps the custom colors, individually re-stickers original full-size 3×3 cubes by hand, assembles the portrait and develops its backing. Progress and approval points are set for your commission.
Before delivery, confirm the route into the building, handling arrangements and the display support. Hanging, leaning, freight or installation are chosen for the artwork and site; a heavy piece requires a suitable support plan.

YOUR PROJECT
Tell Brian what you have in mind.
Share the subject, approximate dimensions, display location and timing in the existing inquiry form. Mention that your project is an art commission. Brian will discuss the idea, current availability and the appropriate next step before a scope is agreed.
Brian quotes after reviewing the subject, size, complexity, materials and delivery needs. Share your goals first so the proposal reflects the actual artwork rather than a generic price range.
What should I send first?
Start with the subject or idea, approximate dimensions, a description of the space, your location and desired timing. Brian can explain which reference images or site details will help next.
