Approach
Strategy, implementation + ongoing review

The current website contains more than the pages visible in its menu. Search Console, sitemaps, the content database, redirects, and internal links help reveal pages that customers and search engines still use. We build a URL inventory and note available traffic and inquiry evidence.

Useful content, page purpose, metadata, canonical settings, and structured data are reviewed before a design decision removes or changes them. Similar titles alone are not a reason to merge pages.

Each retained route should resolve correctly and present the intended content. Where a URL change is justified and approved, its redirect must lead to the relevant replacement without unnecessary chains. Internal links should point to the final destination.

We also check staging restrictions, production indexing settings, sitemap output, and analytics continuity. Search performance is monitored afterward, with the understanding that no migration process can guarantee unchanged rankings.

How we put the strategy to work.

Priorities are selected around your business, your current website, and the opportunities we can substantiate.

01

Existing URL and content inventory

Map published pages, search records, redirects, and useful content.

02

Metadata and internal-link preservation

Carry forward approved settings and point links to relevant destinations.

03

Release and search-monitoring checks

Check indexability at release and monitor available search evidence afterward.

PROGRESS WITH CONTEXT

Agree on what a successful project means.

Define the relevant measures before implementation: completed customer journeys, reliable editing, page behavior, performance evidence, or search reporting. Business growth requires separate inquiry and sales evidence.

Keep improving as the business grows.

Use the findings from each review to choose the next improvements. The goal is a website and marketing program that can adapt as your priorities and customer behavior change.

Questions + answers

Can you guarantee a redesign will not affect rankings?

No. We reduce avoidable risks through preservation, testing, and monitoring. Search results can change for reasons beyond the redesign.

Do you work with businesses outside Scottsdale?

Yes. Bemo is based in Scottsdale and serves businesses across Arizona and nationwide. We agree on the collaboration process, access, and responsibilities for each engagement.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your current website, the problems you want to solve, your priority services and markets, and any useful reports or examples. We identify any additional access needed after the initial review.
