Approach
Strategy, implementation + ongoing review

Existing articles, portfolio items, landing pages, media, and redirect destinations can remain valuable even when they are not prominent in the menu. We compare the website inventory with search and content records to identify what needs a place in the new structure.

The migration map records each original page and its intended treatment. It distinguishes content that can be retained directly from layouts that require reconstruction and information that needs an owner’s review.

Moving text into a new template does not automatically preserve the experience. Image captions, related links, downloadable resources, forms, and section anchors may carry useful context. We check those details on representative pages and track exceptions.

Existing URLs are retained where agreed. Any proposed consolidation or redirect change is documented separately, with a reason and a destination that serves the same customer need.

How we put the strategy to work.

Priorities are selected around your business, your current website, and the opportunities we can substantiate.

01

Page and media inventory

Collect existing pages, images, downloads, and meaningful destinations.

02

Content-to-template mapping

Map retained information to the appropriate new templates and sections.

03

Links, assets, and route verification

Verify representative journeys and track unresolved content exceptions.

PROGRESS WITH CONTEXT

Agree on what a successful project means.

Define the relevant measures before implementation: completed customer journeys, reliable editing, page behavior, performance evidence, or search reporting. Business growth requires separate inquiry and sales evidence.

Keep improving as the business grows.

Use the findings from each review to choose the next improvements. The goal is a website and marketing program that can adapt as your priorities and customer behavior change.

Questions + answers

Will you delete old articles just because they look dated?

No. Age alone does not establish that a page has no value. We review its content, purpose, links, and available performance evidence before proposing removal.

Do you work with businesses outside Scottsdale?

Yes. Bemo is based in Scottsdale and serves businesses across Arizona and nationwide. We agree on the collaboration process, access, and responsibilities for each engagement.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your current website, the problems you want to solve, your priority services and markets, and any useful reports or examples. We identify any additional access needed after the initial review.
