Approach
Strategy, implementation + ongoing review

We follow a customer from a relevant service page to the next action. The review considers readable text, touch targets, menu behavior, image cropping, form fields, and the amount of scrolling needed to understand the offer. A layout that fits the screen can still be difficult to use.

Sticky navigation is useful when it keeps important actions available without covering content. We check menu states, anchor offsets, keyboard focus, and narrow screens rather than relying only on a resized desktop screenshot.

The strongest mobile changes often involve hierarchy: a clearer offer, a shorter route to evidence, or a better-positioned call to action. Visual effects should support feedback and orientation, with reduced-motion alternatives where needed.

When reliable measurement is available, we compare the relevant actions before and after a change. A button click is useful evidence, but qualified inquiries and bookings provide a different view of business impact.

How we put the strategy to work.

Priorities are selected around your business, your current website, and the opportunities we can substantiate.

01

Phone-sized journey review

Follow a realistic service-to-inquiry path on narrow screens.

02

Navigation, forms, and CTA improvements

Improve touch targets, field usability, hierarchy, and important next steps.

03

Measured follow-up where data allows

Compare relevant actions using consistent definitions and reporting periods.

PROGRESS WITH CONTEXT

Agree on what a successful project means.

Define the relevant measures before implementation: completed customer journeys, reliable editing, page behavior, performance evidence, or search reporting. Business growth requires separate inquiry and sales evidence.

Keep improving as the business grows.

Use the findings from each review to choose the next improvements. The goal is a website and marketing program that can adapt as your priorities and customer behavior change.

Questions + answers

Will this require rebuilding the whole site?

Not necessarily. We identify whether the problems can be corrected within the current design system or whether the templates need more substantial work.

Do you work with businesses outside Scottsdale?

Yes. Bemo is based in Scottsdale and serves businesses across Arizona and nationwide. We agree on the collaboration process, access, and responsibilities for each engagement.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your current website, the problems you want to solve, your priority services and markets, and any useful reports or examples. We identify any additional access needed after the initial review.
